Users needed a fast, intuitive way to explore the software and gain confidence in performing basic tasks. A microlearning approach offered the best solution: short, focused modules reduce cognitive load, support step-by-step skill acquisition, and increase engagement during early adoption.
As a result, the instructional materials effectively addressed business needs (reduced support questions) and learner needs (faster onboarding).
